How To Watch Movies Online
I am writing this so anyone new to all of this will know most of what they need to know to be able to watch a movie online. I see many times on the Net "Where Can I Watch This Movie or TV Show Online" or "How Can I Watch a Movie Online". This Tutorial will tell you exactly what you need to know to successfully Watch a Movie Online as well as the sites that allow you to Freely Download the Movie.
You will find many movie web sites out there that provide links to movies online. MoviesPlanet does the same as well as let other sites post their movie page links here so you viewers can watch or download the movie. The web sites do not host the movies themselves because they could get their site shut down for doing that, so instead we provide you with a link to the movie that is hosted on a Video Hosting Site. Some examples of video hosting sites are; Veoh.com, YouTube.com, Megavideo.com & Stagevu.com. On Occasion you will see a movie embedded into a page, but this is just a player that is linking to the movie file on another file hosting server.
Movie Web Sites Must Make Money to be able to provide their server and services to you so you will run into ads and pop ups on many of the sites. You do not have to click on the ads nor install the pop up software, click exit or cancel option. If a site forces you to install something or take a survey it's time to exit that web site.
FreeOnlineMoviesForum has only 1 pop up (Zango Toolbar, Not Required) and none if you register for free. Also On FreeOnlineMoviesForum after you Click a Link you will get an ad page with a Skip This Ad in the upper right. Now Even Though You Can Skip The Ad (Graboid), I highly recommend you install it for free eventually. It is free for the first month and installs a great video player on your computer that's much better than the standard video players you have on your computer by default. When you go to a movie site to watch a movie first thing you want to do is take a look around and see how the site is set up. Always look for a Search Box so you can find the movie you are looking for. My Site Has 4 Search boxes so you can hardly miss them. We Have 2 at the top of the Page and 2 at the bottom of the Page Within The ChatBox area. The search on the Left is a Tag search and you can put in there Full or Partial Movie Names, Actors or Genres. The Search on the Right is a Post Search and it will search the entire site and entire posts for the 4 letter or more keyword you type in the field.
When You Finally find the movie you want to watch whether you searched for it or you just browsed the web site and located it. On Most sites you will see The Name of the Movie, the Plot Summary, The Movie Poster and Then The Links to the Movie. On MoviesPlanet you will see a Button Below the Movie Poster stating Watch It Now. Bear in mind please that links die quickly sometimes. Something about movie companies not wanting you to see the movie for free. On Most sites you have a report dead links option. On FreeOnlineMoviesForum You have several ways to report a dead link. You can click on the Red Exclamation Mark in upper right of the Movie Page, you can make a quick reply on that movie page stating the links are dead and what links are dead or you can use the Chatbox which is on almost all pages towards the bottom and let the mods of our site know the links are dead. Do Not get discouraged if you run into a dead link for we will replace it rather quickly for you.
When Choosing what Link to use to watch a movie, you have a couple things to consider. Do you want the best possible picture? Do You want to be able to Download the Movie to your computer? Do You Want to Watch the Movie without having to wait awhile for the Movie to Buffer? We here at FreeOnlineMoviesForum try our best to offer a variety of Links to Movies for you so you can make these choices wisely. Following is some standard info on a few of the Movie Host Sites Out there to help you be able to make your decision wisely. All Movies on these hosting sites can be put into full screen mode usually located in the bottom right of the playing window. Some of them you can right click in the playing window and choose full screen, play/pause or other multimedia options. You can also modify the sound volume on these in the lower right. Keep in mind the better the video quality the larger the video file which means the video will take longer to buffer and play. Also remember that any link is better than no link to a movie if you are really wanting to watch the movie. A Lot of these sites you can download the video file using a Video Grabber Software Like Internet Download Manager (Available Here) or RealPlayer.
Fast Host Site Links:
YouTube - Fast But Low Video Quality. These are also cut up into like 10 files (10 mins a Link) for a standard movie. Downloadable with an application you can get on the site here.
Megavideo - Fast and Decent Video Quality, Has a 72 minute viewing limitation unless you use some of the megavideo time limit workarounds we have available on FreeOnlineMoviesForum. These are also downloadable with certain applications available here as well.
Veoh - Fast buffering and Most of the Times they are decent Video Quality. You can also download from this Host Site. You must install the Veoh Software which is free. You will see a blue link to install this on top of all threads here.
WiseVid - Fast Buffering Video and Decent Video Quality.
BigBufferTV - Fast Buffering and Decent to Good Video Quality. Usually in 3-4 Files/Links.
Milledrive - Usually Fast Buffering and DVD Quality Video. But sometimes the hosting site experiences problems. You Can also Download These.
Zshare - Usually Fast Buffering and Medium Video Quality. Usually broke up into 2-3 Files/Links. These Are Also Downloadable.
SuperNovaTube FLASH aka SNT - These are also Fast Loading and Decent Video Quality. Depending on what day of the month and what country you are in you may run into problem playing these video links.
Google - Fast Loading but Low Video Quality.
Best Video Quality aka DIVX
Stagevu - Very Good Video Quality but sometimes slow to buffer and you need to hit play then pause for a few mins for it to buffer awhile then you should be able to watch the movie without it pausing to buffer. These Movies also are downloadable.
DIVXVine - Very Good Video Quality Decent Buffering Speed.
DivxDen- Very Good Video Quality but Slow Buffering.
SuperNovaTube aka SNT DIVX - Very Good Video Quality and decent buffering speed. usually 2-3 video files/links. Once again depending on day of month and what country you are in you may have difficulty playing these videos.
Movshare - Very Good Video Quality but slow buffering.
Fileshare - Very Good Video Quality but slow Buffering. You can also download these videos. You will have to fill in a captcha or word verification to watch the movie and you will deal with pop up ads.
Foreign Hosting Sites
Youku - From Poor to Good Quality. Slow Buffering Most of the Times although you can get lucky sometimes. A Chinese Hosting Site. Great because movies usually stay forever. May be Blocked in Certain Countries!
Tudou - Good Video Quality and Most Times Decent Buffering Speeds. Usually Multiple Files from 1-8 files/links for a movie.
56 - Another Chinese Site. Usually Slow Buffering and Decent to Low Video Quality.
NovaMov / XTshare / VioKu / Fairyshare - All Seem to be foreign Video Hosting Sites and I have not tried any of these but feel free to see how they work for you.

You are clicking the red area that says watch now/ add links. you can use the watch now button but it is much simpler to use the sources.
Not Sure If I should post the link on my site for you guys to get most the info you need, so I will refrain until I hear back from you but will List a few movies I have run across that are not here. There are also a bunch with no movie poster or plot summary, but I guess they can wait until I am able to edit them as I post my links.
