Set 80 years after a massive nuclear war, the player/character sets out from "The Vault" - a large, underground shelter, where survivors have lived since the war - to obtain parts of a water purification system. Wandering the ruins, the character stumbles across an even greater threat...

One of the random encounters when walking across the desert is a blue police box, standing in the middle of nowhere. It disappears when you approach it. This is a reference to "Doctor Who" (1963).

The Master:
The Unity will bring above the master race. Master Master! One able to survive, or even thrive, in the wasteland.
