When Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein broke the story that Richard Nixon knew about the attempt to bug the Democratic headquarters in Watergate, they identified their source only as Deep Throat. This film theorizes that Deep Throat was Betsy and Arlene, two ditzy teenage girls who witness G. Gordon Liddy's prescence in the hotel during the bugging. To keep them quiet, Nixon hires them as "official White House dog walkers," then "Presidential youth advisors." However, when they learn the truth about what is going on they take their story to Woodward and Bernstein. Nixon attempts all kinds of measures to stop them. He was tricky, they were better.

I have met yams with more going on upstairs than these two.
Anachronisms: When Nixon is making his walk to the helicopter (after he has resigned) some of the Marine honor guard are holding M16A2 rifles (you can tell by the round hand grips); they were not used by the military until the early 80's.

With more than a million titles, it isn't feasible to handpick recommendations for every film. That's why we came up with a formula to suggest titles that fit along with the selected one. The formula uses factors such as user votes, genre and keywords to generate an automatic response. The system produces relevant results most of the time but since recommended titles are not manually chosen, occasionally they may include less than perfect matches.
