-
#002Errors in geography: "Cupid's Cabin" is shown to be at Exit 22. If they were traveling back to NY via the Garden State Parkway from Atlantic City, Exit 22 would be 16 miles in the wrong direction (south) as the parkway exits are numbered in ascending order from south to north, and Atlantic City is Exit 38. Also, there is no exit 22 on the Garden State Parkway.

#004Factual errors: When they go to their room in the Borgata, Milo says that she will be paying for it since he lifted her credit card. However all the Atlantic City casinos require picture I.D. before you can get a room. It would have been obvious that the card was not his.
-
#005Errors in geography: The characters are leaving Monmouth Park Horse track (about 1 hour north of Atlantic City) and headed back to NYC. In the next scene they are driving in Atlantic City. You would not head back South on the Parkway if your intentions were to head to NYC.

-
#007Continuity: The color and size of Milo's taser burn changes between shots

-
#009Continuity: When Nicole (Jennifer Aniston) is at the Horse track she is wearing black high heel shoes but when they bump into the SUV that is following them, she steps over Boyd's foot to press the gas pedal and then she is wearing a nude color shoe.
-
#010Continuity: When Nicole is walking on the rooftop, she has her heels on. Right before she starts talking to her mother she's barefoot, and the shoes are nowhere near her.
-
#011Factual errors: In the scene at the gas station after Milo apprehends Nicole, Milo is pumping his own gas. It is illegal to pump one's own gas in New Jersey.
-
#012Errors in geography: Where Nicole lights the road flares in the trunk of the car, a New York Route 135 sign is seen. This is the Seaford-Oyster Bay Expressway in Nassau County, NY. It would be quite the trip for Milo to travel from Atlantic City, through New York City, to Long Island. When Nicole needs to be taken to jail in New York City.
-
#013Continuity: In the scene where the truck rolls - there is an appearing/disappearing telephone pole.
-
#014Anachronisms: On Nicole Hurley's rap sheet, on both occasions that it's on screen, it lists her birthday as being 4/?/79, with her age at 35. For this to be possible, the film would have to be set in 2014.
-
#015Errors made by characters (possibly deliberate errors by the filmmakers): Milo states that when cases don't go to trial nothing happens to the evidence. While this is true with most items, drugs are not left in evidence warehouses, they are instead incinerated.
-
#016Errors made by characters (possibly deliberate errors by the filmmakers): In the gas station scenes, the price is listed 2 times at one price and a different price in the third scene.
-
#017Factual errors: When they are at a gas station in AC, he is seen filling his own car with gas. That is not legal to do in the state of New Jersey.
-
#018Continuity: When Milo is eating dinner at the honeymoon hotel he has jeans on. As he goes back to the room, he has multi-color shorts on instead of the jeans he had on at dinner.
-
#019Continuity: Milo was handcuffed to the bed in Cupid's Cabin in a different shirt than in the one he is leaving with the cuffs still on the next day. Since part of the bed was still attached to his arm when he leaves, he could not have changed the shirt during the night.
-
#020Factual errors: Milo says the stun gun shocked him at 250 volts, which is too weak to shock him unconscious. Stun gun charges are over 10000 volts.
