Continuity: When Jack leaves the house for his last day of work, he is wearing a suit vest underneath his jacket. For the rest of the day, it is missing. Granted he could have taken it off during the day since he put on an engineer's jacket at work, but even when he returns home that night back in the whole suit, the vest is still missing.
