Actor / Director Profile

Dru is from Fort Worth, Texas and is the youngest of five children. Wanting to be an actress as far back as she could remember, Dru began doing Theatre as a child. While still in Texas, Dru was discovered by a Casting Agent scouting young talent and was brought in to read with Jason Patric for Lili Fini Zanuck who was in Houston shooting her directorial debut, Rush. After booking her first film audition, Dru continued to study as well as audition, landing great roles in films and television, in both comedy and drama. Surviving the horror film craze of the '90's relatively unscathed, Dru began maturing into more interesting, layered roles, proving her versatility not only in genre but in character.
