Actor / Director Profile

Prior to his acting period, Chic Daniel was a decorated veteran of the LAPD for more than twenty years. He worked in a variety of assignments, such as the anti-gang CRASH unit in 77th Division, Metropolitan Divisions Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) unit and Major Narcotics Violators assigned to Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). Daniel began his acting by serving as a technical advisor on a number of action films. Benicio Del Toro sent him to his acting teacher, Arthur Mendoza of Actors Circle Theatre, where he continues to work and appear in plays produced at the theatre.
