Bess Motta is best known for being the "Aerobics Queen" of the 80s in the hit show ":20 Minute Workout" (1983). Although there were many girls on the show, Bess was clearly the public's favorite. She had spunk, enthusiasm, and drive that would make even the laziest couch potato get up and join the workout. She is quite well known for the way she practically sings while she counts during the workout.Her other work in TV was quite limited. She played Sarah Connor's roommate Ginger Ventura in the Terminator. In addition she played small roles in other movies and TV shows...but nothing like the 20 Mintute Workout.Her whereabouts today are unknown...as is what she is doing. But she will always be fondly remembered for putting TV aerobics on the map for where it is today!
