A former soldier who served with the U.S. Army Rangers, Ingo is the son of Major James Neuhaus, US Army (Retired). Ingo was born in Karlsruhe, Germany on February 19, 1969. As a typical army brat growing up on military bases around the world, he became interested in acting at an early age, and after graduating from high school, Ingo joined the US army for four years, and served with the elite 1st Ranger Battalion. He is a graduate of the US army Airborne school, and the US army Ranger school, both in Fort Benning, Georgia. Ingo was also a longtime resident of Austin, Texas, where he attended college and performed with the renowned Esther's Follies, the premiere comedy troupe of Texas. He arrived in Los Angeles in 1994, and was cast in the pilot for ER as a young policeman. In addition to his various film and television credits, he is known as one of the top commercial actors in LA, shooting over 100 national commercials over the past decade.
