Born in Queens, New York, USA. Did not start acting until graduating from High School in Santa Monica, California, USA. His first parts where small roles on TV specials until his big break as the moody, brooding biker on the television series "Twin Peaks". A long time student of the 'Vincent Chase' School in Los Angeles to which he gives major credit for his success as an actor.
