Victor was born outside of Munich, and raised in New York City.Plays trumpet, tuba, soprano sax , alto, bass, and Lakota flutes.Tenor, who has received guidance from Franco Corelli, George Peckham, maestro Anton Guadagno, Grace Bumbry, and present mentor George Shirley.Winner of the IBLA Grand Prize Vocal Competition Accomplished Musician Award, Italy.Nominated for Best Featured Actor in a Musical by San Diego Theater Critics Circle for role of Hot Licks Sam in new Musical "Storyville" at San Diego Repertory, directed by Ken Page.Father of two daughters.
