Felicity Porter's whole life has been dictated to her by her parents, who want her to follow in their footsteps as a doctor. Upon graduating from high school she changes all that. Her long-time crush Ben is going to college in New York, and so Felicity applies there too, and arrives to find Ben does not feel as strongly about her, but gets over it with the help of her new friends Noel, Jullie, and Elena. It is here that she will spend the next four years, going through the long, difficult, but ultimately rewarding journey toward adulthood.

Boris Lee KrutonogYuri (2 episodes, 1998-1999)For the second season, star Keri Russell cut her long hair short, and the network moved the show to Sunday nights. Ratings declined. The network blamed it on Russell's hair, not the move to Sundays, and required the rest of the cast not to cut their hair. On both sets of DVDs recently released by the WB, it is mentioned numerous times that Felicity cutting her hair was written into the script by Abrams and Reeves. Keri Russell did not do it on her own.
Elena:
Noel, you're giving me a speech.
Noel:
Well, it's a speech moment, you know?
Factual errors: In "Fugue", Hanna has an assignment to write a fugue, but the piece that she records is clearly not a fugue.
With more than a million titles, it isn't feasible to handpick recommendations for every film. That's why we came up with a formula to suggest titles that fit along with the selected one. The formula uses factors such as user votes, genre and keywords to generate an automatic response. The system produces relevant results most of the time but since recommended titles are not manually chosen, occasionally they may include less than perfect matches.
