Matthew Starr appears to be a normal teenager. But in reality, he's an alien from another planet, Quadris. And not only that he is the prince. It seems that years ago, his planet was invaded, and as a member of the ruling family, he has or at least will have certain powers that could be used to defeat the invaders. So, a man whom the rulers of the planet trusted was instructed to take their son and go to the planet Earth, cause it closely resembles, Quadris. Matthew, now a teenager, who has to leave everytime the invaders find him and Walt, the man his parents instructed to take care of him, decides that it's time to take a stand. So while trying to live on Earth, he must fend off the invaders, when they come after him. Midway through the season, the plot involving the invaders, was dropped, and Walt and Matthew moved away from the small that they were staying in, and are now working for a man named Wymore, who was aware of who they are but agreed to keep it to himself in exchange for them doing a few missions on the behalf of the government.
